Wild Animal Safari
A lot of the animals actually come up to your car wanting food (which you buy before you go in). Some even stick their heads in your window. At this point, the window was rolled up, but this guy really wanted in...
After the safari, there is a walk-thru area that is more like a normal zoo. The goats behind us were having a grand old time chewing on their little playhouse.

Callaway Gardens
We took a quick end-of-the-year trip over to Pine Mountain, GA to go to Callaway Gardens and the Wild Animal Safari. This is us on a bench outside the butterfly exhibit at Callaway.

the gang
So technically speaking, this picture is a fake, but I think it's a really good picture of the 1122 Executive Team.

Kobe Japanese Steakhouse
Here we are with Kellyann and Brandon at the 1122 Christmas Party. Fortunately, the girls did not come to blows over the fried rice (Tammy ordered an extra helping). We were all fairly certain that we would never eat again, but that has proven to not be the case. Ricky is looking into whether or not he can use the meal as a tax writeoff since it was for business purposes.

Governor's Mansion, Montgomery
The Dawson Singers, an ensemble group of which Tammy is a part, sang for a party at the Alabama Governor's Mansion for the second straight year. She's right there in the middle. Governor Riley is a big fan.

Peg Leg Pete's, Pensacola
This is from Peg Leg Pete's, a restaurant in Pensacola. Our server was amazingly awful, but the food was great.

Pensacola Naval Air Station
Tammy's really in her element here. This is from the airshow we went to at the Pensacola Naval Air Station. There were lots of planes on display, and a great show. All were great, but of course the featured home-town Blue Angels were the best. Based on the number of times we've seen them in our relatively young marriage and the amount of memorabilia she now has, Tammy is pretty much an official Blue Angels groupie.

I dug this out of my website archives from a few years ago. I have reposted it...if nothing else, it made me laugh...

tammy unplugged
Tammy sang with the 8:30 service band at Dawson on August 6...they did this song at all three services. This is from the 11:00 service, which is obviously the televised one.
The sound quality is not great, and for some reason it messed up in one spot when I was capturing it to my computer, but oh well...she did great!
